Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, contact us through the Contact Us page or the WhatsApp number displayed on our website. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to a change of mind. Derma Botox will cover the return or replacement costs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using an appropriate method based on the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, a suitable refund method will be arranged with the customer.

Exchanges

Sealed and unused products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability and the return conditions and shipping costs stated above.
